and here i am, 6 days later, feeling stronger and slimmer. i thought it was all in my mind. then i took measurements.

im amazed and blown away. the workouts are tough- i wont kid you. my muscles are sore. some days they are very sore. the healthy diet plan is strict, but not limited. yeah, i'll be honest, it was sad to have to skip my pizza and beer(s) on friday. i made a healthy whole wheat version instead and sipped water. i sacrificed.
AND IT WAS SO WORTH IT!!!
i knew the 21 Day Fix plan was right for me the minute i researched it. It combines the things i believe in, the things that fit into MY life as well as the things i so desperatly want to surround myself with.
1) Fun, easy and SHORT workouts you can do at home with tons of variety.
2) Healthy and strict food plan. i need rules. my body needs whole foods. oh! and i just can't do that whole 'starving' thing. i get low blood sugar and cranky and sometimes even black out... yeah, that doesn't work for me. i need food. (here is all the food I ate on friday)
3) Optional (but its a must for me) smoothie shakes cram packed w/superfoods. i dont have to buy vitamins or acidophilus anymore- its ALL in there :) And these are freakin' delicious. But I love shakes anyway, especially chocolate! i like the energy boost and the milk-shake like sweetness. a guiltless pleasure.
4) A kick-ass group of supportive REAL women. Serious. its like having a group of friends who all want whats best for YOU.
So, yeah, here I am on day 6 and I have lost 5.1 lbs and 3 inches total of fat off my body over the past 6 days. I feel like I am totally kicking ass and I can't wait to see what next weeks workouts are!
......Im heading to the grocery store today and you better believe Im getting more healthy food! So thankful I can just print out my list- I don't even have to think about what Im going to get, or what Im going to make. Its all done for me.
