no excuses. workout wednesday.

im taking this break between Thanksgiving and Christmas to hit the healthy hard. i have my workout plan in place as well as my awesome dietary menu. im giving this 100% of my all for just over 2 weeks.


i woke up today with an icky cold thanks probably to airline travel, or thanks to my children, who we know are sweet walking little petrie dishes.

normally i would have scratched all workouts from my schedule and allowed myself extra comfort foods today. would that have helped me recover?  hell no. i would have felt emotionally soothed only for the time being. what did i do instead?  i decided to suck it up. i stuck with my 30 minute workout and ate healthy.

and i feel better already!  

just do it. no excuses. we only live once. we deserve to love our bodies!!!
