Menu Plan Monday: 21-Day Fix Style

Im doing this 100% healthy for my full 21 days, so, yes- dinners are extra healthy right now too!  lucky for me the family doesn't mind one bit!

Here is what I have planned for the week:



man that looks good!

monday:  tuna & spinach salad
something like THIS will work perfectly!  YUM! i will serve with homemade bread for the fam

tuesday:
chicken quesadillas
using chicken, peppers, ww tortillas and a little beans and cheese

weds:
turkey burgers
sweet potato fries

thurs:
Mediterranean chicken similar to THIS except i will omit oil and wine and toss in the crockpot!
serve with salad and roasted broccoli

friday:
pizza night!
assemble pizzas with kids using pre made crusts and ww tortillas

saturday:
quiche- using any leftover roasted veggies from the week

sunday:
pasta night! 
i will eat whole wheat or sub sautéed veggies depending :)
