Ahhh, $5 Friday is quickly becoming a regular for me.
We didn't need much on the grocery end of life BUT my daughters FAVORITE cereal was on sale so I pretty much HAD to grab it! She asked sweetly on the way home if she could have some 'pop cheerios' and giggled with glee when i told her yes. We don't eat a lot of cereal in our house and I just recently discovered that she believes the word 'cheerios' mean cereal, and these make a popping sound.... making them 'Pop Cheerios'. Goodness gracious I love her.

I've been wanting to try their 'Signature Cafe' store brand pizza and at just $5 today I think my family will enjoy it! Im planning to add some toppings as boring cheese is not our style.... I know I have on hand sweet onions, black olives and most certainly some oregano! Yum!

I can always find a few screaming deals at Safeway! I never leave the store without at least one 50% off item! My kiddos love eggnog, hubby and I too- its sooo good in coffee, you gotta try it! At a buck fifty its a bargain!

While there I picked up the 3lb clamshell of grapes for just $5! That will last my family 'til early next week! Got some great bargains and saved 44% off my bill today and didn't use a single coupon! Now THAT is awesomesauce.
