Menu Plan Monday, healthy, clean eating, 21 Day Fix

My Menu for this week.  I am kicking monday off back on track with my healthy lifestyle.  And Im doing it 100%!!! The Holidays are officially over...  time to get my jeans buttoning with ease again...  ya with me?





monday
Tomato Tortellini Soup, Fresh Bread
(recipe: 2 cans tomato soup, 1 cup broth; simmer with tortellini 'til done(read package) add handful fresh spinach. done)

tuesday
tacos, refried beans, tortillas, chopped veg, add chicken/turkey to top mine which will be taco salad style over shredded coleslaw

weds
African Peanut Stew (from one of my favorite bloggers) YUM!

thursday
BBQ chicken in the crock, roasted broccoli

friday
in the Jar Minestrone Soup, pantry bulk cooking stash -click for my AWESOME recipe :D 

saturday
Indian concoction- recipes in trial- both frozen and jar storage type!  recipes to be posted next week if they are a success.  fingers crossed :)

sunday
pasta night,  big salad and maybe fresh bread for the fan. need a squash to replace my pasta portion, serve with roasted chicken- maybe ground turkey depending on grocery sales!

  2. yeah its a great one!! and with a healthy, natural soup base the only less-than-healthy part of the meal really is the tortellinis!
