Im finishing the last week of my Beachbody Challenge and am planning on eating super pure, packed with nutrients, healthy and with low salt this week! Want my final weigh in results to be AMAZING!
Monday
organic flank steak(a Safeway find!), mashed sweet potatoes, green salad
Tuesday
Oven Fajitas, ww tortillas, veggies, cabbage
Wednesday
Fast Frittata From the Freezer , sweet potato fries
Thursday
Sausage & Peppers (freezer meal)
Friday
crockpot chicken of some sort, green beans
Saturday
will be out with family in town!
Sunday
crockpot soup, something along the lines of my Chicken Lime Throw It Together Soup
